Presentation Title: Enabling the Expansive Interrogation of a Tumor & Its Microenvironment from a Single Sample for Translational Research and Precision Medicine
Presenters: Christelle Johnson, PhD and Dawn McHugh
- While immune checkpoint blockade has shown a lot of promise, it’s increasingly apparent that predicting response to existing immunotherapies and developing new ones require a more comprehensive approach to tumor immunogenomic profiling.
- The traditional means of generating information relating to multiple biomarkers involve the use of several assay technologies from various sources which is not only impractical given the often-limited quantity of tumorsamples, but also due to complications associated with the integration and interpretation of disparate reporting formats, the process can be complex and prohibitively costly.
- In this presentation, we will highlight ImmunoID NeXT™, Personalis’ solution to these barriers, and a universal cancer immunogenomics platform that consolidates multiple biomarker assays into one, providing a multidimensional view of the tumor and its microenvironment, from a single sample.
- We will also talk about our diagnostic initiatives (NeXT Dx™) which supports patient management, and biomarker-driven clinical trials, as well as NeXT CDx™, a comprehensive companion diagnostic platform.
